Egg Parathas/ Pancakes.... Easiest way to make delicious parathas/pancakes

Okay, again a easy to make paratha recipe. Bachalors will find this interesting again, cz, everybody loves eating the paratha, but, making the doug of flour is the boring and hard part. so, here it is....

Ingridients"
1) Flour( atta).
2) Eggs.
3) Chopped Chillies.
4) Chopped  Onion.
5) Oil.

1. Okay, take the flour in a vessel and dig a hole in it. now, take around 4 whole eggs and break it into the flour. yeah, you heard it rite, we wont be using water in this. the egg and flour ratio should be good so as to keep the mixture soupy and not hard.
2) Now add the chopped onions and chopped chillies in the soupy mixture, and add salt according to your own taste.
4) Mix well.
3) Now heat oil in a pan, and pour the soupy mixture over it, and then fry both sides untill it takes shape and....wallah..! its ready, and serve hot. Its similar to how dosas are made.
While my stay in chennai, i saw the making of dosas and improvised the technique for this paratha recipe.

Enjoy eating.... Let me know if you liked it .... and suggestions are always welcome. thank you...

Easy Grilled Chicken In 20 Minutes

This is the perfect and simplest grilled chicken recipe, not hard to make, good to eat, and i can say this is the best thing for bachalors.

Ingredients:
1. Chicken
2. Salt
3. Meat masala : Okay, you can get this meat masala packet in shops. This contains a mixture of various masalas that are used in chicken recipies. So, you don't have to add every single masala one by one. The meat masala packet does the job really easy.
4. Kasmiri Mirch powder
5. Chilli powder.
6. Oil

Procedure:
1. Wash the chicken.
2. Mix the chicken with all the ingridients like salt, meat masala, kashmiri mirch powder, chilli powder, a little oil, and leave it to marinate for 1 hour. you can even keep it to marinate overnight. the longer you keep it, the more will the masala go into the chicken. but, usually keeping it for an hour or two does the job.
3. Place in microwave on the grill stand, and microwave for 10 minutes.
4. Then grill for 5 minutes, remove, turn the pieces upside down, and grill again for 5 minutes.
5. Done.
6. Serve hot.

I haven't mentioned about the quantity of chicken and masala to be used. See, you will have an idea as to how much masala is to be added, and it actually depends on personal taste and flavour. So, experiment along. And always remember, travelling without a map, makes the journey far more interesting.
