This is the perfect and simplest grilled chicken recipe, not hard to make, good to eat, and i can say this is the best thing for bachalors.
Ingredients:
1. Chicken
2. Salt
3. Meat masala : Okay, you can get this meat masala packet in shops. This contains a mixture of various masalas that are used in chicken recipies. So, you don't have to add every single masala one by one. The meat masala packet does the job really easy.
4. Kasmiri Mirch powder
5. Chilli powder.
6. Oil
Procedure:
1. Wash the chicken.
2. Mix the chicken with all the ingridients like salt, meat masala, kashmiri mirch powder, chilli powder, a little oil, and leave it to marinate for 1 hour. you can even keep it to marinate overnight. the longer you keep it, the more will the masala go into the chicken. but, usually keeping it for an hour or two does the job.
3. Place in microwave on the grill stand, and microwave for 10 minutes.
4. Then grill for 5 minutes, remove, turn the pieces upside down, and grill again for 5 minutes.
5. Done.
6. Serve hot.
I haven't mentioned about the quantity of chicken and masala to be used. See, you will have an idea as to how much masala is to be added, and it actually depends on personal taste and flavour. So, experiment along. And always remember, travelling without a map, makes the journey far more interesting.
